The benefits of a new retail centre and community facilities in and around Kennedy Park will also be of benefit to the residents of Northborough and to improve access the plans will include options for an illuminated footpath across the park. The park itself will be improved and families will be able to take advantage of new sporting and play facilities.
Across the ward we are already regenerating derelict garage sites in Windermere Way, Blumfield Crescent and in Marescroft Road where new family homes for rent will soon be completed to meet local need.
