Exhibition venue starts to take shape
Activity is well underway to refurbish a vacant shop unit on Wentworth Avenue, creating a new exhibition venue for the Britwell & Haymill Regeneration Scheme. Contractors have been busy clearing and painting the unit, with the keys expected to be handed over to the project team this week. The dedicated shop unit will provide a venue to display information boards, plans and models linked to the regeneration scheme and will also be the location for the forthcoming consultation events. We expect the timetable for these events to be finalised in the next week or so: look out for updates in the local press or online. During these events local people will be able to come in and view the options for the regeneration project, and give feedback to the project team who will be keen to hear your views on the proposals.
