Approved Plans Added to Website
A number of the plans submitted with the outline planning application are now available to view online.
These can be downloaded using the links below, or viewed in the 'Gallery' section of this website:
- Regeneration Zones Plan - showing the two key areas that will be transformed through regeneration. Zone 1 - the development area on part of Kennedy Park, and Zone 2 - the area including Marunden Green, Wentworth Shops and Wentworth Avenue Flats.
- Existing Layout Plan - this shows the boundary of the application zone, existing features and contours;
- Indicative Layout Plan - showing the proposed location of retail, residential and community faculties at Kennedy Park;
- Phase 1 & 2 Park Improvement Plans - these show how the open space at Kennedy Park could be improved through investment driven by the regeneration proposals.
